Can I view all of my self-directed investments?
How do I submit a new investment?
Navigate to the account you want to invest with, click “New Investment Request,” upload the required documents, and complete the guided submission. You can track the progress of your investment request in real time.
Can I coordinate transfers, rollovers, or contributions?
- Transfers: Initiate your transfer from a compatible account by completing our request form
- Rollovers: Complete a deposit instruction form and upload an account statement after you’ve initiated a rollover from your former employer plan (401(k), 403(b), etc.)
- New contributions: Connect your bank account via Stripe to contribute to your account (based on eligibility)
Where can I find my account statements and tax forms?
All quarterly statements and tax documents (1099s, 5498s, etc.) are available under the “Documents” section.
Is Directed Connect secure for uploading sensitive documents?
