401 K and part time workers clarification

Lee Richter from Midland Texas.  I have a single member S Corp with a 401k.  I only have one part time worker that might put in 10 hours a month doing my billing.  I wanted to confirm what I thought you said a few weeks back about 401 K and part time workers.  Did you say that the rules change and that now the rules are that a person can not work part time over 3 years no matter how many hours per year they work and the owner still contribute to a solo 401 K.
