What alternative assets can a self directed IRA can buy?
Lottery tickets?
Intellectual property rights? (Such as the flim/tv adaptation rights to a book)
Distribution/territory rights? (Such as the rights to operate in a given territory or the rights to distribute to a territory) 
Would be great to hear answers to these on your podcast along with examples of clients that have alternative/illiquid assets in the self directed IRAs.
