I have a Solo 401k LLC that owns a rental that has great cash flow. I was thinking I should make another LLC to transfer funds to to reduce my exposure in case of an incident on the property(it would have a brokerage account.)
Would direct transfers between the two LLC’s (both owned by my Solo410k) be OK? Just wanted to make sure the corporate veil would remain intact.
(assuming I keep good books, minutes and records in each LLC)
