Hey guys, thanks so much for the podcast! I really appreciate the content and your willingness to answer the hard questions. So here’s one.

I’m turning 59 1/2 this year, hooray! That means I can move funds out of my government 401k, henceforth known as The Stinker. The good news is I did well with The Stinker over time. But I want to do better.

What I ‘m thinking of doing is establishing a self directed traditional solo 401K and rolling over my traditional funds out of the stinker. I would then GRADUALLY chunk funds over to my Roth IRA or even maybe a separate solo Roth 401k.  Can I do that? Any insights would be greatly appreciated
