Hey guys, I know employees and a solo401K are a no-no, and I remember what you taught about full time and part time and length of employment. But what if your SCorp is a minority owner in the business with employees (let\’s pretend they are full time over a year), is it still ok for your scorp to have a solo401K? What is the sweet spot for minority ownership for it to be ok – 49%, 30%, Less?
