If a short term rental is owned a multi member LLC (which is owned by 4 separate IRAs in the name of 4 unrelated people at 25% each), is the personal use of the short term rental by any of those IRA owners restricted?
In other words can each of those IRA owners use the property (either by paying the nightly rate or not) for personal use?
